Thailand-Based Design Studio Thinkk "Const" Lamp at Milan Design Week 2012
Thailand-based design studio, Thinkk uses play and methodology for their design process. Three simple elements make up the concept for the "Const" Lamp, a base, a body and it's unusual shape. The components combine the function of a lamp but also bring into "play" a sense of humor. The marble base of the lamp keeps the octoagon=shaped oak frame balanced, while the angle of the aluminum cover can be adjusted by simply rotating it. The size of the lamp is 27x25x35cm and "Const" is being shown at Spazio Rossana Orlandi during Milan Design Week 2012.
